On February, 7, RUSADA started three-day scientific and methodological seminar for those responsible for anti-doping support in the all-Russian sports federations in Moscow. The invitation was sent to those federations that presented their anti-doping educational strategy to RUSADA. Among them are the all-Russian Federations of swimming, surfing, bodybuilding, judo, karate, kickboxing, skiing, tennis, gymnastics and hockey. The event consists of a theoretical and a practical parts.
The seminar continues three years of RUSADA systematic cooperation with national sports federations. Development and implementation of anti-doping educational programs together with RUSADA is the responsibility of the all-Russian sports federations under the federal law "On Physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation".
On the last day of examination the participants will prove their knowledge before the exam board. Specialists who have successfully completed the training will receive a certificate with the right to organize and conduct anti-doping information activities for athletes and athletes' personnel. 22 participants from 12 federations undergo the training.
