On November 15, 2018 Russian Anti-doping Agency RUSADA with the support of the Russian Olympic Committee held the third annual conference for all-Russian sports federations "Anti-doping support in sports federations: challenges and opportunities" in the ROC innovation center.
The conference highlighted the relevance and importance of anti-doping strategy for a national federation, the duties of the all-Russian sports federations to combat doping in sports under the legislation of the Russian Federation. During the panel discussion representatives of the Russian Paralympic Committee, the Russian Football Union, the Russian Ice Hockey Federation, the Russian Weightlifting Federation and the all-Russian Athletics Federation shared their experience of implementing anti-doping programs.
RUSADA specialists explained the rules of TUE application and peculiarities of providing whereabouts.
The conference was attended by 69 representatives of 47 sports federations.
