«On amending the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules»
The All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules has been amended by an order of the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation of January 17, 2019 No.27.
The changes have been introduced in the article 1.3.3.2 containing a definition of national level athletes, and also in the article 8.9 establishing the timescale for the application of a sanction to an athlete or an athlete’s support personnel for anti-doping rules violation, by a sports federation under and pursuant to a decision of the RAA «RUSADA», as well as the procedure for notification of the decision.
