On May 17, 2018, round table discussion “Success followed by Success”, dedicated to the issues of managing career in sport, took place at the Russian International Olympic University in partnership with Detech consulting company with support of Russian Olympic Committee and Russian Anti-Doping Agency RUSADA.
The main theme for the round table discussion were the mechanisms of creating centers of competencies in different regions of Russia, and also the tools for successful adjustment of athletes who finished their careers in sport.
The issue of doping prevention in sport was also discussed. Specialist of RUSADA Educational Programs Department Valeria Konova told about the agency’s educational programs and projects where former athletes will be able to speak to youth and share the experience of making the right choice in sport and building doping-free career.
