On February 15, 2019 RUSADA Deputy Director General Margarita Pakhnotskaya held an open lecture "Ethics in Sport: Anti-Doping Policy in Russia and worldwide" at the Higher School of Policy in Culture and Administration in Humanities of Lomonosov Moscow State University. The lecture covered the issues of anti-doping legislation, the practice of countering doping in Russia and in the world, as well as key aspects of establishing the anti-doping culture in the society.
In December 2018, RUSADA and the Higher School of Policy in Culture and Administration in Humanities of Lomonosov Moscow State University signed an agreement providing for cooperation in the implementation of a series of information and educational programs aimed at advanced training of specialists working in the field of physical culture and sports, and at building a culture of intolerance to doping in the Russian Federation.
