On March 20, joint meeting took place of representatives of medical staffs of Russian Football Premier-League clubs and medical committee of the Football Union of Russia, where specialists of Russian Anti-Doping Agency RUSADA participated.
During the meeting, the issues of cooperation between RUSADA and the Football Union of Russia were discussed in the area of preventing anti-doping rules violations, as well as the peculiarities of the doping control procedure and applying for therapeutic use exemption.
RUSADA cooperates with Russian Football Union implementing educational programs for athletes and athletes’ personnel. Annually RFU coaches take RUSADA educational anti-doping online-course.
