The Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne (Switzerland) set aside the decision by Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee of RAA RUSADA to impose a sanction in the form of the 4-year period of ineligibility to the athlete Roman Balandin for anti-doping rule violation. The new period of ineligibility is 2 years commencing from May 19, 2017.
