Russian Anti-Doping Agency RUSADA, following the decision by the Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee, rendered a decision that made athlete Goncharova Elizaveta (cycling) ineligible for 18 months for violation of art. 2.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on October 04, 2017.
