Today in Astrakhan has started "Clean sport guides" forum. The welcoming speech was addressed to the participants by the Minister of physical culture and sports of the Astrakhan region Fidurov Maxim, Vice-rector for academic affairs of the Astrakhan state University Alexander Treshev, head of the department of sports medicine "Regional medical and sports clinic" Tarabrina Inna, three-time world champion and silver medalist of the 2008 Olympics Emilia Turei. They noted the importance of forming a network of young volunteers to spread the values of clean sport in the region, which has special meaning in 2018, declared as the year of volunteers in Russia.
On the first day, the participants received a large amount of information on the history of anti-doping, establishment of international and national anti-doping legislation system, activities of Russian anti-doping agency and their perspectives as clean sport guides.
At the end of the day students took part in the intellectual game " What? Where? When?", which was prepared for them and held by one of the intellectual club leaders Igor Guzhvin.
