The IBU External Review Commission investigating allegations of past wrongdoing within the IBU operates a confidential whistleblower web portal to assist with its investigation. That portal was originally available in English and German only, but is now also available in Russian. The Commission encourages anyone who has any information relevant to its investigations or to integrity in biathlon more generally to visit the whistleblower system at https://www.bkms-system.com/ibuerc.
The highly secure and confidential whistleblower web portal (BKMS® System) is provided by Business Keeper AG, the leading whistleblower service provider in Europe for international criminal authorities, major sport organisations, and large corporations (see more here: https://www.business-keeper.com/en/newsroom/product-film.html). Whistleblowers can (if they wish) remain anonymous on the system and also communicate back and forth with the Commission via a secure 'postbox'. Only the Commission can access the whistleblower system, i.e. no staff, officials or members of the IBU may access the system or any information provided on it.
