On January 15 – 17 in Vaals (Limburg, the Netherlands) takes place the International Conference of issues relating to the implementation of the World Anti-Doping Code, which will enter into force on January 1st,2021.

The conference program includes presentations by international experts with topics reflecting the main changes in the global Anti-Doping program: Code 2021 and International Standards, new education and results management requirements, protection of confidentiality and personal information, protection of clean athletes and strengthening the influence of athletes in anti-doping policies. Compliance with the Code of signatories and cooperation of signatories, changes to the prohibited list and standard for therapeutic use exemptions, requirements for the preparation and assessment of doping-control inspectors, etc.
RUSADA Deputy Director General Margarita Pakhnotskaya presents the topic of Safeguarding whistleblowing policy, related to protection of the anti-doping rule violation reporting policy and persons reporting such violations.
Margarita is the Chair of the Ad Hoc Group on Protection of Whistleblowers in Anti-Doping (T-DO WbP) of the Monitoring Group of the Anti-Doping Convention.
