Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rules violations of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision that made athlete Tsaplin Ivan (para-biathlon, para-nordic skiing) ineligible for 18 months for violation of art. 4.4 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on February 13, 2023, with credit for the served period of provisional suspension.
