Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rules violations of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision that made athlete Loskutov Rafael (rugby) ineligible for 3 years for violation of cl. 4.1 and 4.2 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on May 22, 2023, with credit for the served period of provisional suspension.
