Anti-doping training seminars were held in Krasnoyarsk

On May 21 and 22, RUSADA specialists Ekaterina Sizikova and Maxim Peteraitis held educational anti-doping events in Krasnoyarsk. 

On May 21, a seminar for athletes was held, it was dedicated to the Winter Universiade which will take place in March 2019. The seminar was concluded with presentations in groups on anti-doping issues.

On the next day, coaches and directors of sport institutions took part in a training seminar. The themes included history of using doping, ethics in sport, legal aspects of anti-doping activities, doping control procedure, ADAMS system, issues of submitting an application for therapeutic use exemption.  

The training seminar also included a practical part, where the participants reviewed common cases and conducted SWOT analysis on theme "Anti-doping  support in sport school". At the end of the seminar, a film about Ben Johnson was broadcast. The participants noted the informative program and high quality of the presented material.
