On April 26, 2024, a regular General Meeting of the RUSADA members was held at the All-Russian public organization “Russian Lawyers Association” office. Both members of the organization - the Russian Lawyers Association and the International Center for Health Protection - took part in it.
The Chairman of the General Meeting was the representative of the International Center for Health Protection, Natalya Medvedeva.
During the meeting the Annual Report on the Activities of RUSADA for 2023, as well as the Auditor’s Report on the Accounting (Financial) Statements of RUSADA were considered.
Following the Meeting, a decision was made to recognize the Agency’s activities in 2023 as effective.
In addition, new editions of the Agency’s Charter and Regulations on the Supervisory Board were approved, the updating of which is due to amendments to Art. 26 and 26.1 of the Federal Law on Physical Culture and Sports in the Russian Federation in terms of vesting RUSADA with the authority to approve the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules.
