RUSADA organizes and conducts the series of the informational and educational events for the professionals who recently jointed RUSADA`s team. The educational program includes the informational and educational workshops and practical exercises on the key aspects of anti-doping activities and aimed at familiarizing new employees with the work of anti-doping organizations and the work of the key departments of RUSADA.
On 25th February 2022, the first workshop organized within the framework of this program took place. The Head of the Educational Department of RUSADA, Valeriya Konova, made a presentation on the international anti-doping documents, the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the combating of doping in sports.
On 28th February 2022, the second workshop related to the Athlete biological passport program (ABP) took place. This event for the employees of RUSADA's specialized departments was held by Anna Kondakova, Ph.D. Maintenance of the ABP program is the most important activity of the anti-doping organizations which implement the athlete`s testing programs.
