On April 26, 2018, Russian Athletics Federation and Russian Anti-Doping Agency RUSADA signed “Program of joint measures of Russian Athletics Federation and Russian Anti-Doping Agency RUSADA on preventing anti-doping rules violations in track and field in the territory of the Russian Federation”.
The program sets out cooperation in a number of preventive educational activities, including arranging activities in the regions of the Russian Federation, assistance in investigating potential anti-doping rules violations, and also ensuring access for Doping Control officials to all sport venues.
