The Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne (Switzerland) ratified the Settlement Agreement concluded by RAA RUSADA, the Athlete Limonov Artem and Russian Basketball Federation effected on January 31, 2020. The Settlement Agreement set aside the decision by Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee of RAA RUSADA to impose a sanction in the form of the 4-year period of ineligibility to the Athlete Limonov Artem for anti-doping rule violation. The new period of ineligibility is 2 years commencing from January 9, 2017.
