Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee RAA RUSADA, rendered the decision that made President of the Moscow Bodybuilding Federation Makshantsev Oleg (bodybuilding) ineligible for 12 years for violation of art. 4.5, 4.9 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on October 14, 2021.
