The National Sport Arbitration Centre reversed the decision of the RAA RUSADA Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee of 18 November 2021, decided that the athlete Yevtushenko Alexander (sport - cycling) has committed a violation under article 4.4. All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules. NSAC rendered the decision that made Yevtushenko Alexander ineligible for a period of 14 months from 20 January 2021 to 19 March 2022 with the annulment of the Athlete's results from 20 January 2021 to 19 March 2022.
