Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision not to receive the period of provisional suspension, imposed on Konstantin Panov (ice hockey) for the initial violation of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, and that made Panov Konstantin ineligible for 1 year for violation under art. 12.14.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on November 18, 2025.
