National Sport Arbitrage Centre (hereinafter Sport Arbitrage) rendered the final decision of violation of art. 2.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules 2015 (further - Rules 2015) by the Athlete Panov Konstantin (ice-hockey).
Sport Arbitrage dismissed the Athlete's appeal and upheld the decision of the Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee RAA RUSADA declare the Athlete violated of art. 2.1 of Rules 2015.
