Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee of RUSADA rendered the decision that recognized athlete Sorin Pavel (rowing) as committed the violation under cl. 4.1 and cl. 4.2 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules and decided not to impose any period of ineligibility due to the lack of fault or negligence.
