On June 13, 2022, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Lausanne, Switzerland) drafted a final decision in the case of a violation of clause 2.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, approved by Order of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation No. 947 dated August 09, 2016, by athlete Maksimova Ksenia (weightlifting).
The Court of Arbitration for Sport granted the appeal of RAA RUSADA and imposed a sanction on the athlete in the form 4-year period of ineligibility, starting from June 13, 2022, excluding the period of provisional suspension.
