Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rules violations of RAA RUSADA, taking into account the third violation of anti-doping rules within 10 years, rendered the decision that made athlete Erdogan (Akhmetov) Shamil (wrestling) ineligible for lifetime period for violation of art. 4.3 and art. 4.5 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on January 3, 2030.
