All-Russia Athletic Federation, following the decision by Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rule violations RAA RUSADA, rendered the decision that made athlete Kostin Dmitry ineligible for 3 years for violation of art. 2.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on September 28, 2020.
