Russian Swimming Federation, following the decision by Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee RAA RUSADA, rendered the decision that made athlete Isaev Sergey ineligible for 2 years for violations of art. 2.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on November 18, 2020.
