Alexander Ivlev heads Ernst & Young company in Russia. Alexander is actively involved in work of the Advisory Board on foreign investments in Russia. In 2007, he was included on the Young Global Leaders list of the World Economic Forum in Davos; he is the member of the network of councils of the World Economic Forum. Alexander Ivlev is the winner in The Best Boss nomination, within the framework of award "Top-1000 Russian Managers—2016" under the version of the Association of Managers and Kommersant Publishing House.
Alexander is the member of the organizing committees of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Eastern Economic forum, advisory council of the Open Innovations forum, Public Council of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Alexander is the head of the roadmap "Improving quality of the regulatory environment for business" within the National Enterprise Initiative program, the member of the Rating Committee of "The status of investment climate in constituent entities of the Russian Federation national rating ", the member of the committee on strategy of the Agency on Technological Development, and also he is member of the working group preparing the priority program "Increasing Labor Productivity and Supporting Employment" under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
