RUSADA draws your attention that, according to the comments to Article 2.10 of the World Anti-Doping Code, athletes and other persons must not work with coaches, trainers, physicians or other athlete support personnel who are ineligible on account of an anti-doping rule violation or who have been criminally convicted or professionally disciplined in relation to doping. Violation of this requirement may result in imposing ineligibility of up to 2 years..
On October 1, 2026 the National Center of Sports Arbitration delivered an arbitral award related to violation under cl. 4.4 (Whereabouts failures) of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules by athlete Anisimov Andrey (Snowboard).
The National Center of Sports Arbitration set aside the decision issued on 22 July 2025 by the Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rules violations of RUSADA which imposed a sanction of a two-year period of ineligibility and imposed a sanction of 18-month period of ineligibility, commencing on July 22, 2026.
