On March 13-14, St. Petersburg will host the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference "St. Petersburg Club of Sports Doctors". Veronika Loginova, Director general of RUSADA, will participate in the conference and present on the topic of "Sports Medicine and Anti-Doping: The Role and Responsibility of a Doctor".

During the conference, a cooperation agreement was signed between RUSADA and the Association of First Aid Professionals in Sports. This agreement aims to collaborate on educational activities, scientific research, and the development of methodological materials for joint anti-doping efforts in sports.
Recent changes in legislation regarding first aid, including the use of medications from the personal emergency kit of athletes, highlight the importance of adhering to anti-doping regulations. Inappropriate use of prohibited substances, even in emergency situations, can have serious consequences for athletes.
Igor Rudyakov, director of the Association of First Aid Professionals said: "Recent changes in the legislation on first aid, including the use of drugs from the personal first aid kit of victims, emphasize the importance of compliance with anti-doping standards. Improper use of illegal drugs, even in the case of first aid, can lead to serious consequences for athletes.The Association of First Aid Specialists and RUSADA will work to create first aid recommendations that will take into account both modern approaches and the requirements of the anti-doping rules."
