The Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) has released the results of its regional rating for the period from January to September 2024.
This rating system evaluates the anti-doping efforts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and is updated regularly to reflect the amount of anti-doping information and education work carried out in each region.
Four regions of Russia have significantly improved their position in the rating during this period compared to the previous year. RUSADA would like to thank people responsible for anti-doping activities in following regions for their hard work:
- Kirov region
- Crimea Republic
- Murmansk region
- Chelyabinsk region
Additionally, RUSADA recognizes the special role played by representatives from two of following regions in organizing events:
- The Republic of Dagestan for organizing an interregional scientific and methodological seminar in June 2024.
- The Tambov region for hosting the Russian Forum "Sport. Anti-Doping. Health. Practice of Interdepartmental Cooperation" in July 2024.
RUSADA encourages those responsible in the regions to continue their active anti-doping efforts and strive to improve performance in the rankings. This will help create a healthier and more honest sporting environment.
