At the opening of the VI International Forum of Young Olympians, the Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Mikhail Degtyarev, the Secretary General of the ROC Rodion Plitukhin and the President of the International Committee “Children of Asia” Vladimir Maksimov declaimed the speech in support of clean sports.
For more than 5 years, RUSADA, together with the ROC, has been organizing educational activities for participants in the Young Olympians Forum. In addition, anti-doping has become firmly established in the “Path to Olympus” Program, which is being implemented by the “Children of Asia” Organizing Committee.
Today, RUSADA representatives reminded young athletes that they can always count on our support and help!
RUSADA General Director Veronika Loginova said:
“Through the efforts of RUSADA, ROC and the Ministry of Sports, in 2024 the number of anti-doping rule violations decreased by 70%. These are the results of our great work - the educational programs that we conduct to prevent violations.
Our goal, first of all, is to preserve the health of athletes. We ensure the right to participate in doping-free competitions so that everyone can be confident in a fair and honest game.
I congratulate you all on Children’s Day and wish you clean, honest victories!”
