Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rules violations of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision that made athlete Kesler Vladislav (bodybuilding) who possessed and used prohibited substances, ineligible for 6 years for violation under cl. 4.2 and cl. 4.6 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, starting on the date of the decision, namely July 1, 2026.
