Russian rowing Federation, following the materials
provided by RUSADA Disciplinary anti-doping Committee, rendered a decision that
made athlete Solomentseva Yuliya ineligible for 1 year for violation of art.
2.4 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on November 30,
2016.
