Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rules violations of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision that made athlete Kadin Sergey (kayak/canoe) ineligible for 3 years for violation of cl. 12.14.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on September 28, 2025.
