Russian Athletics Federation, following the decision by RUSADA Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee, rendered a decision that made athlete Bartsaikin Alexei ineligible for 4 years for violation of art. 2.2 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules and rule 32.2 (b) of the IAAF, the period commencing on July 04, 2017.
