Russian Powerlifting Federation, following the decision by RAA RUSADA, rendered a decision that made athlete Ryabchikov Evgeniy ineligible for 4 years for violation of art. 2.3 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on December 21, 2017.
