The All-Russian Sambo Federation, following the decision by RAA RUSADA, rendered a decision that made athlete Shcherbakov Artem ineligible for 4 years for violation of art. 2.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on May 24, 2018.
