Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rules violations of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision to sanction athlete Pukhovoy Sergey (sport of blind people (powerlifting)) with a reprimand for violation of cl. 12.14.1 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules.
