On July 31, 2025 Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee of RAA RUSADA (DADC of RUSADA) rendered the decision that made athlete Leonenko Mayya (bodybuilding) whose sample returned an Adverse Analytical Finding for oxandrolone and metandienone (class S1.1 of the 2024 WADA Prohibited List) ineligible for 6 years for violation under cl. 4.1 (Presence of a Prohibited Substance or its Metabolites or Markers in an Athlete’s Sample), cl. 4.2 (Use or Attempted Use by an Athlete of a Prohibited Substance or a Prohibited Method) and cl. 4.5 (Tampering or Attempted Tampering with any Part of Doping Control by an Athlete or Other Person) of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules starting on the date of the decision, with credit for the served period of provisional suspension, namely from December 2, 2024. Meanwhile the DADC of RUSADA found that the result of the sample which returned an AAF for cocaine (class S6a of the 2024 WADA Prohibited List) invalid. RUSADA did not agree with this part of decision and filed an appeal to the National Center of Sport Arbitration.

On April 21, 2026 having reviewed RUSADA evidence, the National Center of Sport Arbitration recognized the results of the doping sample analysis as valid, confirming the presence of the prohibited substance cocaine in the athlete's sample.
