Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rules violations of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision that made athlete Sayfutdinov Oleg (weightlifting) who refused to submit to sample collection, ineligible for 3 years for violation under cl. 4.3 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, starting on the date of the decision, namely July 15, 2026, with credit for the served period of provisional suspension, namely from June 9, 2026.
