Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee of RAA RUSADA of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision that made athlete Frolova (Studenikina) Natalya (cycling) ineligible for violation under cl. 4.4 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules (Whereabouts failures) starting on the date of the decision, namely on April 30, 2026. Due to the fact that this constitutes a repeat violation by the athlete, a sanction imposing a 4-year period of ineligibility has been applied to her, commencing from the date of the decision, namely April 30, 2026.
