Russian Anti-Doping Agency RUSADA recognizes the right of appeal for the Athlete or other Person who is accused of anti-doping rules violations (art. XV of All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules).
The deadline to file an appeal for parties other than WADA is 21 days after the party filing an appeal receives of the decision.
According to art. 15.2.1 of all-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, in cases arising from participation in an international event or in cases involving international-level athletes, the decision may be appealed exclusively to Court of Arbitration for Sports in the city of Lausanne (CAS).

According to art. 15.2.2 of all-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, in cases where art. 15.2.1 is not applicable, the decision may be appealed to a national arbitration body, namely National Center of Sport Arbitration (NCSA).
