· сcommunication campaign with the use of RUSADA leaflet for disqualified athletes.
Monitoring and evaluation process:
· evaluate learning following education activities;
· take into account feedback from RUSADA Result Management department;
· collect feedback on the participants’ experience;
· monitor the number of the leaflet’s downloads on the website.

· the certificate issued as a result of the program confirms participation in the program and has no expiration date;
· the certificate in electronic form is sent to the participant's email address specified by him when registering for the webinar;
· the certificate is generated automatically after participating in the webinar if there is a valid certificate of RUSADA online course;
· if the valid certificate of RUSADA online course is received after participating in RUSADA webinar for athletes entering a disqualification period, the date of issue of the certificate coincides with the date of receipt of the valid certificate of RUSADA online course;
· the certificate of RUSADA program for athletes entering a disqualification period cannot be a substitute for the certificate of RUSADA online course.
